Quick Decision

Should You Choose Printing or Enamel?
Your artwork has gradients / photo-like effects
You need tiny text / fine lines / small details
Your design has many colors or complex shading
You want classic raised metal lines + solid color blocks
The design is bold and simple
You prefer a more “metal craft” look than a “printed” look
Use enamel for main color areas, and printing for fine details or text

Printing Options We Offer

We select the printing method based on your color count, detail level, surface finish, and budget.

Offset Printing (Spot Colors)

Best for:1–4 spot colors, clean edges, fine details that enamel can’t fill
Why it’s used:Great for detailed logos, small text, and crisp color blocks
Buyer note:Offset printing is commonly paired with protective coatings when needed.

CMYK Full Color Printing

Best for: 4 colors, gradients, photo-style artwork
Why it’s used:Handles complex color transitions and shading better than spot printing
Buyer note:Perfect for “color-heavy” designs that enamel can’t reproduce cleanly.

Silk Printing (Screen Printing)

Best for:solid colors with sharp edges; works well on plated surfaces (depending on product type)
Why it’s used:Durable spot colors and clean coverage
Limitations:Not ideal for gradients or photo-like shading

Epoxy Dome (Optional Protection)

Best for:extra scratch protection + glossy finish
Important note:Epoxy works best when the design has raised borders/edges to hold the epoxy properly (otherwise it may overflow).

Printed Sticker / Patch (Cost-Friendly)

Best for:budget-focused designs, simple shapes, large quantities
Limitations:Fine cutting or irregular shapes may have constraints depending on material and cutting method
Buyer note:We’ll recommend this only if it matches your quality expectation.

When should I choose CMYK full color printing?

Choose CMYK when your design has gradients, photo-like artwork, or many colors.

When is offset/spot printing better?

Offset/spot printing is ideal for clean details and limited spot colors (commonly 1–4), especially when enamel can’t fill tiny areas.

Can printing be combined with enamel?

Yes. Many products use enamel for large color blocks and printing for small text or fine details.

Is silk printing durable?

Silk printing works well for solid colors and clean edges. We recommend it when the design fits the method and durability need.

Do you offer epoxy protection?

Yes, epoxy is optional. It works best when raised borders/edges can hold the epoxy properly.

How do you control alignment in bulk?

We check registration/alignment and clarity before packing, especially for high-quantity orders.
